Kids' Craft Class

Hello again,

Last night I had the privilege of hosting a local Kids' Craft Class.  The ages were pre-teen after school and Division I in the evening.  The pictures below are samples of the items that the kids made, they were all very artistic on their own.  SO proud of them all.  Need to give out a shout out to Diane Fischer - Paper Crafters Sorority and Elaine Unruh - Groovy Dos Art Studio for their inspirations.  Also to Elaine for asking me to host this class, thank you.

Studio J Layout

Well, it took a bit but I finally have my Studio J layouts done of my trip to Europe with my daughter and mother.  Studio J is a great way to get some of your scrapbooking needs done in a hurry.  It is great for those who keep their pictures on their computer, all that is needed is to upload photos, click, and drag. 

The first three layouts are done using the Express Collections. All the details are done for you, you just simply click and drag your pictures over.  The last four are done by using the kit collections;  you pick your paper wanted then the pattern wanted based on the number of pictures you want to use for the layout.  You can then decorate as you desire using the embellishments and/or the stickease made available for that particular paper pack.  If you are interested in finding out more contact me or go to my retail site at clressler.ctmh.com where you can look and play with Studio J.  I will be posting my Christmas Photo cards soon that I made using Studio J as well.  Have a great day and thanks for visiting.
 

New Beginnings

Hi all, just wanted to touch base and give you some insight with what I have been doing.  Recently I attended the Pampered Crafter's Retreat in Gull Lake, Alberta.  A place you should try and visit at least just once, (warning: you will be hooked after attending one weekend).  Diane and Ellen go to extremes to make a person feel very pampered and welcome.  It is a time to work on any crafty project, not just papercrafting, while meeting some very interesting women and making great friends.  Currently I am working on some Europe layouts, creating the basic papercrafting way and also creating the Studio J way with Close To My Heart.  Will be publishing some of the layouts as I get them finished.  Thank you for taking time to see my blog and I hope you will visit often.  Have a great day.  :)
